Nigel has over 5 years’ recruitment expertise and 20 years’ commercial and sales experience. A Life Science specialist, he joined Brightwater in 2015, initially in the engineering division before establishing the Cork office’s Life Sciences division. In 2018, he was promoted to Assistant Manager.  He specialises in recruiting manufacturing and engineering personnel for the engineering, pharmaceutical, manufacturing and medical devices sectors across Munster and Connacht. Nigel works for a range of clients from SMEs to large multinationals on niche positions. He has extensive experience and a successful track record in sourcing and placing highly skilled candidates in Ireland, Europe and further afield.

Assistant Manager - Finance 

Louise has been a part of Brightwater’s internal finance team since 2003. She initially joined as a Junior Accounts Assistant working on all aspects of payroll, accounts payable and receivable. She then began to focus on credit control for the Group and was promoted to Assistant Manager- Finance in 2018.
